At INNO4VEG – Association for Innovation in Sustainable Vegetable Production, we believe that science should not remain in books but find its way into the field and greenhouse. Our mission is to promote innovation in vegetable production by connecting researchers, farmers, and companies to co-create new ideas and practical solutions. We organize seminars, workshops, and publish resources to share the latest advancements in fertilization, irrigation, breeding, sowing, and organic production (EU Regulation 2018/848), etc.
Our approach is interdisciplinary, combining expertise from agronomy, food technology, digital innovation, and education to develop solutions that are both scientifically sound and practically applicable. We also believe that art can help bridge the gap between science and practice, and we use it as a creative tool to promote innovation. Through our network of farmers in the Pannonian Basin (Vojvodina, Serbia), we support pilot ecosystems that serve as living laboratories for innovation in vegetable production.
We are always open to collaboration with researchers, institutions, companies, and farmers who share our vision of sustainable and innovative vegetable production. By bridging science, practice, and industry, INNO4VEG strives to enhance yields and quality while protecting the environment and shaping a sustainable future for vegetable production.
